He will be hostile and you can defeat him to obtain his greatsword and armor set (except the headpiece, which can be found near Seluvis’s Rise).What to do with Blaidd in siofra? He can be found in the deepest part of the Siofra River. Even after Tarnished complete the task and talk to Seluvis, Blaidd will still stand in the same spot.
